We are excited to announce that Susan Crites and Monnett Hamilton have recently been promoted to new roles within our Human Resources and Brand Marketing Departments.
Susan Crites, Senior Human Resources Analyst
Susan joined HC as a Compliance & Human Resources Associate in 2015. She has been an integral part of both the Compliance and HR departments and has expertly balanced the workload to support multiple growing areas of the firm. Susan’s expertise in human resources information systems and her overall technical skills have been a huge benefit to our team. She is often one of the first points of contact with job candidates where her care and serve-first approach shine through.
Monnett Hamilton, Brand Marketing Manager
Monnett joined Hamilton Capital in 2021 and established the first-ever full-time role in Marketing.
Having to wear every hat that the Marketing function required, Monnett dove into the deep end with gusto, learning the business and providing marketing design, content generation, and execution support to every department.
Over the past two years, Monnett has transitioned from execution partner to strategic partner, applying her bold thinking and excellence in visual and written storytelling to significant projects including Hamilton Capital’s Dynamic Alternatives Fund launch, the launch of FAIR, multiple Institutional RFP’s, and so much more. Monnett’s new role of Brand Marketing Manager will enable her to lead significant marketing projects as well as the execution of both internal and external marketing, PR and event strategies.
