Like all great companies, we know that our team is our most valuable asset. We have the pleasure of working alongside some of the most intelligent, caring, experienced, and strategic individuals in the industry, and as we continue to grow, so does our need to support and invest in our people.  We are excited to announce that June Meeker, Jami Thornton, and Susan Crites have recently been promoted to new roles within our Human Resources and Compliance departments.

June Meeker, SHRM-SCP

June Meeker has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at HC. June’s impact has been widely felt since joining the team in 2018*. June is responsible for developing, leading and supporting firm initiatives that build a positive company culture through the promotion of our core values, where supporting one another enables every team member to serve our clients with excellence. We are incredibly fortunate to have June as part of the team and look forward to her continued leadership.

Jami Thornton, Compliance Analyst

Jami Thornton will be moving from her role as Client Relations Team Lead to Compliance Analyst to help further support the growth of our team. Jami joined HC in 2002 where she has demonstrated excellence in Client Relations through an unwavering commitment to HC and its clients. Jami’s hard work ethic and forward-thinking mentality are just a few reasons she will be a great addition to our Compliance team as she continues her growth and development in a new role and department.

Susan Crites, Human Resources Analyst

Susan joined HC as a Compliance & Human Resources Associate in 2015.   She has been an integral part of both the Compliance and HR departments and has expertly balanced the workload to support 2 growing areas of the firm.

Susan’s background prior to HC was in HR.  It was a natural fit for her to fully transition to HR once it became necessary for both departments to adjust for growth and capacity. Susan’s expertise in human resources information systems is a huge benefit as well as her overall technical skills.  She is often one of the first points of contact with job candidates where her care and serve-first approach shine through.
