With more than nine years of prior experience in human resources, Susan joined Hamilton Capital in 2011. She supports the Human Resources Department with expertise in a variety of HRIS systems including recruiting, benefits, performance management, and compensation administration.
Susan is passionate about streamlining and automating processes whenever possible. In fact, her project management approach to track progress and manage deadlines has benefited the departments she serves.
Susan enjoys assisting firm members with questions ranging from benefits, policies and procedures to technical issues relating to the operation of software systems and programs.
In 2016, I attended the “Dream Out Loud” program sponsored by “The Women’s Exchange” held at Mozart’s café. The setting was perfect, and the program was inspirational. Since I had always wanted to learn to play the piano, choosing a “dream” to pursue was an easy choice. Shortly thereafter, I purchased a piano and have been taking weekly lessons since.
