Nick is originally from the Dayton, Ohio area. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at The Ohio State University. Nick spent two years working for the Air Force as a radar systems analyst in Dayton before moving back to Columbus to work as an automation engineer for a Honda parts supplier. He enrolled in the MBA program at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University where he focused heavily on finance before landing at Hamilton Capital.
I love fantasy football so much that I produce my own statistical projections and rankings. To do so, I use a combination of my quantitative skills and then overlay my fundamental knowledge of important changes for each player (e.g., changing teams, strength of schedule from last year to this year, injuries). I not only find fantasy football extremely fun to play, but I think I’m learning some transferable skills to the investment world as well.
