Dustin brings 15 years of financial services experience to his role as an Investment Operations Associate. From operations and sales to management and marketing, all of his experience has kept him focused on providing service to clients and community.
Jennings began his career in Mannheim, Germany assisting U.S. military personnel with their finances, and it was there that he developed an appreciation of how small, unseen acts are the foundation for all levels of service.
At Defiance College, Jennings authored the Proposal to Change Defiance College’s MBOL Program to an MBA, which was adopted by the school in 2009. He completed his undergraduate work at Bowling Green State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies, and obtained two graduate degrees from Defiance College: graduating with honors with a Master of Business in organizational leadership and a Master of Business Administration in leadership the following year.
A Westerville resident, Jennings co-directs a program that teaches English as a Second Language classes and a U.S. Citizenship class. His passion is spending time with his children and supporting their interests.
