Bill has served institutional investors for greater than 30 years and is a key contributor to our fiduciary audit services which provide independent evaluation of OCIO services. Throughout his career Bill’s focus has been on developing investment policy, long-term strategic frameworks for institutional portfolios, and evaluating managers to provide securities selection within recommended asset classes.
Prior to joining Hamilton Capital, Bill helped guide institutions through an ever-changing regulatory and investment landscape while representing some of the largest money managers in the industry.
In addition to faith-based mentoring, Bill is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This has led to several leadership and officer level board appointments with regional and national organizations serving this community.
