Timothy M. Montague, executive vice president and chief operating officer with Columbus-based investment management and financial advisory firm Hamilton Capital Management, Inc., has been elected to the board of trustees of the Peggy R. McConnell Arts Center of Worthington.

The newest cultural facility in Ohio, the McConnell Arts Center presents and promotes the performing, visual and digital arts through performances, exhibitions, classes and cultural opportunities. The 20,000-square-foot Center features a 213-seat theatre, exhibition gallery, classrooms, digital imaging studio, dance studio and a variety of rotating exhibitions.

In addition to his duties as a board member, Montague also will serve as treasurer of the board’s Executive Committee and head the center’s Finance Committee.

“It’s an honor to be elected to the McConnell Arts Center’s board and to serve on the executive and finance committees,” said Montague. “As a Worthington resident, I’m proud of what the MAC has done and continues to do for our community, and I look forward to contributing in some small way to its long-term success.”

A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, Montague has more than 25 years of financial advisory experience. In addition to managing Hamilton Capital’s day-to-day operations, he is a senior client advisor and a member of the firm’s investment committee.
