Primary Position Responsibilities

·       Provide support to the Financial Advisory Team

·       Prepare for, attend, and memorialize client meetings

·       Gather and synthesize data from clients and utilize the firm’s Wealth Management System

·       Develop and apply financial planning skills and expertise

·       Run scenarios, generate reports, and prepare presentation materials

·       Document client activities and communications

·       Complete new client onboarding tasks

·       Support varying levels of advisors in addressing the service needs of a diverse client base

·       If not already licensed, must obtain Series 65 within 6 months


Position Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree is required, with an emphasis in financial planning or business preferred

·       Minimum of 1-3 years of successful work experience required, with specific experience in wealth management, investment management, accounting, finance or a related field in a supporting capacity preferred

·       Series 65 preferred

·       Dedication to details with a high degree of accuracy

·       Organized, self-motivated, with initiative and a desire to learn, grow and succeed

·       Excellent communication and listening skills

·       Possess a passion for client service

·       Strong analytical skills required, with specific planning capabilities preferred

·       Ability to grasp financial concepts and new technology tools quickly, including our industry-specific software

·       Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment as part of a pooled team responsible for supporting multiple advisors

·       Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information at all times

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office software
